These Terms govern your use of reebusa.com and its sub-sites, joinreeb.com, and the text-messaging program of Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC (“REEB”). By using our websites or texting with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS Terms (REEB text messaging)
Program. REEB Property & Inquiry Updates, operated by Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC.
What you'll receive. Conversational text messages about the property, inquiry or application you contacted us about, including questions about your property, offers you requested, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your messages.
How you join. By checking the text-message consent box on one of our forms, by texting one of our numbers first, or by asking a REEB representative by phone to text you.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you've opted out. Reply START to opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP, call (321) 234-2009 or email contact@reebusa.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
2. Information only
Content on our websites is general information. It is not a binding offer to buy or sell any property, a loan commitment, an offer of employment, a guarantee of income, or legal, tax or financial advice. Any purchase, sale or engagement is governed only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Your submissions
Information you submit must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it. By submitting information or files, you allow REEB to store, review and use them to respond to you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse our websites, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, scraping them with automated tools, or submitting false or automated form entries.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, design, logos and the REEB name belong to or are licensed to REEB. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Third-party links
Our websites may link to third-party sites and services. REEB is not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our websites are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, REEB disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or text-messaging program.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
REEB may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
